Profile
Digitalisation in healthcare succeeds when nurses, physicians and administrative staff feel the difference in their daily work. That is what I work on – where strategy, processes and technology meet.
As a Partner at Deloitte, I lead transformation programmes for healthcare providers and companies: from digital strategy and process redesign to implementation in live operations. My aim is change that delivers measurable results and is carried by the people who work with it.
Alongside this, I contribute my experience as an advisory board member for digitalisation at several companies in healthcare and medical technology.
